    Mahon Reserva by Mitica is made with local milk in order to ensure the cheese is produced with a consistent quality level. This cheese has a paprika rubbed rind and deep yellow insides. The sharp flavor of Mahon Reserva has been rubbed in olive oil in order to offset its sharpness and balance out the flavor.
