    Midnight Moon is a blushing award winning, ivory-colored goat cheese made exclusively for Cypress Grove in Holland. Aged for six months or more, it is nutty and brown buttery with a caramel finish. As it ages, protein crystals form, giving it a slight crunch. Despite its nutty taste, Midnight Moon has been known to convert even goat cheese critics.
