Couscous Pearled Toasted by Di Santino is a toasted pearled pasta, larger than regular couscous with a more uniform size. Couscous Pearled Toasted by Di Santino has a toasty, nutty flavor with a soft and light texture.
Suggested Uses: The mild flavor of Couscous Pearled Toasted by Di Santino makes it a great base for just about any dish that makes use of lamb, chicken, shrimp, and more. Couscous Pearled Toasted by Di Santino can also be used to make a Mediterranean styled salad with chickpeas and feta cheese, a classic tabouli, or an Israeli couscous salad.
Directions: Add two cups of boiling water for each cup of couscous. Cover pot and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, and then salt to taste.
