    Berkshire rib racks can be roasted whole or sliced into chops, stuffed, and grilled, broiled, or pan-fried. Kurobuta racks are suitable for any pork recipe, but tenderizing or adding strong-flavored ingredients is less necessary due to their superior quality. When roasting whole, let them rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing, loosely covered with foil, to prevent flavorful juices from running out.
    • Size: 5 individually vacuum sealed 8-rib racks, approximately 7-8 lbs. each
    • Cooking Suggustions: Berkshire rib racks can be cooked whole or cut into chops. If preferred, these chops can be stuffed, followed by grilling, broiling, or pan-frying. Kurobuta racks are suitable for any recipe that requires standard pork racks or chops, however, the necessity for tenderizing or adding potent-flavored ingredients lessens due to their superior quality. Recommended internal cooking tempature is 145°F with at least a 3 minute rest before consumption. When roasting these racks as a whole, allow them to rest for about 15-20 minutes.
