• Suggested Applications: This bratwurst is best when thrown straight on the grill, without any need for a beer bath, and enjoyed on its own or on a hot dog bun with your preferred condiments.
• Serving Instructions:
• Grill: Place bratwurst on grill 7"-9" above the heat source. Use low heat to avoid split casings. Heat for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently with tongs.
• Skillet: Add 1/4" – 1/2" water to the bottom of the skillet and add the sausages to the pan. Cover and simmer over LOW heat for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning often with tongs.
