A variety of plum tomato, San Marzano tomatoes are sweeter and thinner-skinned than most tomatoes, with a low moisture content that makes them perfect for using in sauces. As one of only 42 plots of certified DOP San Marzano tomatoes, Rega grows their tomatoes in the rich volcanic soil of Mt Vesuvius in Italy, making their tomatoes some of the best in the world.
