    Acornseekers' Iberico Pork Trim are 75%-25% lean to fat pieces of Iberico trimmings, primarily from the shoulder, leg, belly, and collar. This Trim is perfect for grinding or making into delicious sausages, charcuterie, and more.

    Acornseekers is the first company to import Iberian pigs directly from the Iberian Peninusula in the United States. Carefully bred and raised, these pigs are allowed free roam of the Texas countryside, fed on an organic diet that includes the acorns that make Iberico so famously tender and nutty.
