Banquet D'or Chocolate Filled Croissants are crafted from layers and layers of pastry dough and real butter. - Baking Instructions:
- Bake in a preheated oven at 320‐360°F (160‐180°C) in convection oven , or at 370‐410°F (190‐210°C) in traditional and rack ovens. Bake for 20‐24 minutes until golden‐brown. For best results bake with steam and closed damper during the first 15 minutes.
