La Rustichella’s White Truffle Oil should not be heated, or used at any point of the cooking process for any dish, and should instead be drizzled onto the dish right before serving to maintain the heavenly white truffle aroma. White Truffle Oil is divine when used on risotto, focaccia, salads, asparagus, pasta, or omelets.
This product is GMO free, gluten-free, trans fat free, and vegetarian and vegan friendly.

La Rustichella was founded in 1986 by Sergio Brugnoli with the goal of producing and collecting the precious Nircua (Umbria) black truffle of Italy.
