Calabrian Pepper Powder Hot by Tutto Calabria is a powder made from a blend of salt and various Calabrian chili peppers from Italy’s Calabrian region. Although it is predominately spicy, Calabrian Pepper Powder Hot by Tutto Calabria is also salty, smoky, and even fruity, making for an extraordinary and unique combination of flavors that are sure to inspire beautiful culinary masterpieces.
Suggested Applications: Calabrian Pepper Powder Hot by Tutto Calabria can also be added to sandwiches or salamis to add an authentic Italian flair.

Tutto Calabria’s roots go back to 1910, when Luigi Celli began cultivating his lands in the small town of San Pietro Apostolo, located in the Catanzaro region, and soon after began trading fresh products. In 1975 Antonio Celli, Luigi’s son, and his wife founded Tutto Calabria and began producing oil conserves while following ancient family recipes. Through trade fairs, Antonio Celli became one of the first people to popularize traditional Calabrian products throughout Italy. Over time Luigi, along with his sons Fiorella, Irene, and Giampaolo, have developed the company, making it known for its high quality products both locally and globally. This acclaim has been maintained to this day thanks to their use of traditional techniques and recipes, with Tutto Calabria maintaining a strong presence in the markets of twenty different countries around the world.
