As part of that goal, Topara Organica organically cultivates and processes many different types of indigenous crops, leading their community as well as Peru in organic cultivation with the only certified organic nursery in the country. Topara Organica also works closely with neighboring farms to teach them organic agriculture, and when they purchase from these farms they closely oversee every step of cultivation from seedling to harvest. Furthermore, they only purchase from farmers and farmer associations in other regions when all organic certifications are in order. Topara Organica does all of this as a result of love for their home and a pursuit for quality.
