Where do you ship?

  • Food Related ships anywhere in the United States and Canada.

What shipping methods do you offer?

  • Food Related ships exclusively with FedEx shipping methods. FedEx shipping options include FedEx Ground®, FedEx Standard Overnight® and FedEx Priority Overnight®. Available shipping options will depend on your location.

    Professional Chefs in Texas also have access to FR Truck Delivery and Will Call options. To learn more, please contact your RDM.

How can I track my order?

  • FedEx orders can be tracked in your account page. Go to Your Order, and select the order you’d like to track. Tracking information will appear at the top of your selected order.

How quickly can my order get to me?

  • Your order can get to you as soon as next day. To ensure expedited delivery, please make sure your shipping order is completed before 3pm CST.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

  • Yes, we offer expedited shipping. Select FedEx Standard Overnight® or FedEx Priority Overnight® for the fastest shipping possible.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Home Cooks: Food Related is proud to offer FREE shipping throughout Texas and Flat Rate shipping for the rest of the US through 2024! Any order over $99 qualifies for Free FedEx Ground® shipping in Texas, and $9.95 Flat Rate FedEx Ground® Shipping in the contiguous United States*.

    For orders under $99, a $4.95 Flat Rate fee will apply in Texas, and a $14.95 Flat Rate Fee will apply in the contiguous United States.

    Additionally, any order containing cold or frozen items outside of Texas will be required to select FedEx Standard Overnight® or FedEx Priority Overnight® at checkout. Shipping cost will vary depending on order weight.

    Please Note: Free and Flat Rate shipping orders placed after Thursday evening will be sent out the following Monday. This is to ensure your order will reach you fresh and on time.

Do you ship wine?

  • Yes we do! However, wine can only be shipped within Texas currently. Additionally, you must be home to sign for any order containing wine, or your order will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility for redelivery.

    Please note: Food Related is not responsible for spoilage on any other products in your order in the event you are not home to accept your shipment.
